Hi-Rise Apartments / Condos / Co-Ops

The Roxy, a 10-story rectangular building with stepped wings originally was part of the Jersey City Medical Center Isolation Ward. The complete internal and external gut renovation converted this 1938 historic landmark building into a 67-unit residential tower of rental apartments, condos, and co-ops. The project included the installation of 410 landmark windows and 13 landmark doors.

Commercial Building Renovation

This commercial building underwent a major gut renovation to create 117 market-rate and affordable apartment units and 15,000 square feet of shell office space. The project included a new façade and windows. A new sprinkler system was installed throughout the building including the Jewelry Exchange at the base of the building.
