Based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Construction Technology Corporation (“CTC”), specializes in managing the planning, design, and construction of a wide range of facilities for education, country clubs and hospitality, healthcare, and senior living. Our experience includes the management of such diverse projects as university and college academic buildings, engineering and science research laboratories, technology centers, athletic facilities, recreational buildings, the expansion and renovation of golf club facilities, mixed-use, high-rise, and commercial real-estate, student housing, libraries, theaters, museums, skilled nursing homes, assisted living communities, independent senior living communities, and continuing care retirement communities. Founded in 1992 by two engineers who were former Stevens Institute of Technology classmates, CTC developed a niche in the private educational sector and then expanded into the healthcare market. Today, under the leadership of Christian D. Bastardi and John D. Biehl, CTC has expanded its scope to include country clubs and the hospitality industry, energy projects, and green building and has completed nearly one hundred significant projects totaling more than a billion dollars in value.
